Encountered a 403 error?
The most likely reason you have encountered a "403 error" message while trying to access the Vanderbilt Television News Archive's website is because you are located in a region not currently permitted to access the TVNA.
The TVNA is currently reviewing its policies for providing archived materials to users outside the United States. At this time, we are unable to fulfill loan requests for users not located within the U.S.
If your company, organization, or institution has an affiliate within the U.S., we recommend you have them use our loan request service. If this is not an option, then unfortunately the loan service is not available at this time. We ask you check back with us in the future as we look to update our use policies.
